You can choose to ship your order to a Hold for Pickup location.

Domestic Orders

US orders greater than $500 in value (including loose diamonds) are shipped Overnight via Secure Carrier.

US orders under $500 in value are shipped Two Day via Secure Carrier.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via Secure Carrier with an estimated 2-5 business days for delivery (* delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance).

Please note:

Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
We cannot re-route a package once it has shipped.

Additional Information

Tip: Your order's shipment date is dependent on the item with the longest lead time. If your items have different lead times, place multiple orders to receive some items faster.

Sales Tax

Packaging Details

Every item we send comes in our signature GHM Jewellery packaging. Engagement rings arrive in a deluxe ring box within an elegant presentation box ready for your proposal. The presentation box also secures your appraisal certificate and diamond grading report. Loose diamonds are presented in a velvet lined diamond case that securely holds the stone.

Hold For Pickup and Other Alternate Delivery Options

If your purchase is a surprise, or you are unable to be home for delivery, you may arrange for a hold for pickup at a secure location near you where it will be held for up to five business days until retrieved by you, or the person you designate. Shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses

GHM Jewellery will ship any order under $25,000 to an APO/FPO/DPO address via USPS Priority Mail. Visit our Military Shipping page for information.
